A Community Discussion About Our Future

Dear New Boston Speaks Participants....

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the citizens of New Boston, who invested a significant part of last weekend, making "New Boston Speaks" a huge success. 

The energy and enthusiasm brought to the meeting from the young, the elderly, newcomers and life-long residents has reaffirmed that the soul of our community is alive and well, and ready to shape a bright future for our town. 

The way in which everyone participated with an open mind, expressing their views, listening to others and above all respecting each other as friends and neighbors speaks highly of what it means to make New Boston our home. 

With so many issues and pressures that tend to build walls and celebrate conflicts between our citizens, an event like "New Boston Speaks" tells us that we can put away our differences toward the common goal of a better New Boston. 

As our future unfolds, we hope that the ideas and concerns shared by this broad cross-section of our residents helps keep us focused on these common goals and strengthens our community.
